This food is beyond terrible! I ordered mashed sweet potato from them. It is tastes and look like baby food. It is the... consistency of water! The chicken didn?t have any flavor. They?ve charged me extra for sauces. I?m calling them back now, I wanta full refund. You?re better off going to Pollo Tropical. It?s cheaper and tastes better. I?ve wasted $11 and want my moneyback. Looooove this place!!! It is a gem! We found it a couple of months ago that we were around the area and I?m so thankful we found... it. The food never disappoints, it is so flavorful and so fresh. Highly recommended it if you like cuban food. We always orderthe Havana Bowl (Chicken or Steak) and a side of Yuca Frita. Read more

Delicious and flavorful food, much better than Pollo Tropical with similar great prices. Employees were very patient and helpful... as it was my first time in and I had many questions. Honestly am very pleased with this location they are very polite they are very explanatory it doesn?t matter what language you... speak. They help you understand the items that you?re ordering as well as the food. just to make sure it?s to your liking notonly that but the treatment it?s really rare to find such a friendly place that doesn?t make you feel uncomfortable. I haven?thad the pleasure of dining in because of the whole Covid thing I only do drive-through pick ups but their food is delicious, Ihave never had an issue with their food when it comes to me picking up when I used to use Uber there was always a problem, buthonestly I think it had to do more with the Uber personnel than them because I have never had an issue. there boneless chickenbreast has an amazing onion sauté on top and you get two sides which fees about two people of your choice are usually getcongris y maduros but that?s my preference people get soup over 10 different sides to pick from. this is the first time I?vepurchased the Cuban sandwich I want to try it because I?ve never had it from them and it?s such a simple saying that a lot oflocations don?t do it justice so I?m hoping that this one does and I will put photos of the food that I order today as well.Update the Cuban sandwich not the best / not the worst but ama stick with chicken dishes and there rips as well thous areAMAZING.
