I drove here last weekend from almost an hour away because the menu looked tempting. I started with an appetizer in which I can... choose three spreads, the olive one was my favorite - it was soooo good. It was also my first time having Greek fries which weredelicious. But I can?t leave a review w/o mentioning how great my server, Meghan was :) super welcoming and will cater to yourpicky eating or specific request. Read more

The most delicious Greek food I?ve ever had, even in Greece. Really the most incredible flavors and get the feta saganaki if... they have it. This is an authentic Greek dining experience. Read more

This is authentic Greek food and it?s incredible. We were in the area and didn?t know of any places to eat but when we saw their... reviews we knew we had to try it. Everything tasted so fresh. They have a couple Greek beers, I ordered one and it wasdelicious. The staff is very attentive, you can tell they go out of their way. The place is clean and I love they way theydecorated. I felt like I was actually in Greece. I wish this place was closer to me because I?d be a regular. Read more

A piece of Greece in the middle of Torrington,CT ! As you walk into this hidden gem,the first impression takes the breath away... and you instantly find yourself in a small Greek village next to the sea. Maro ,a lovely waitress, approached me with a greatsmile and unmatched Balkan hospitality.Even though there was a little rush after i arrived,Maro made me feel like i was the mostimportant guest and answered all my questions as well as gave me great tour through the menu. I was exploring the beautifulinterior while i waited for my Tirokafteri appetizer which was highly recommended both by reviews and my lovely waitress Maro. The actual falling in love start with the food. "Spicy feta" dip was so freshly made that i could taste the crunchiness of thedill and peppers in it. Pita bread was thin, baked to perfection and most importantly not overwhelmed with oil. My entree wasXtapodi(char grill Octopus tentacle. I loved the actual taste of the char and grill that gave my octopus an extra touch the onlythe finest kitchens possess. It was souked in grape vinegar that gave him tender and juice taste. I finished with, possibly theBaklava i ever tried in USA. Rich, tender, moist and HOT. This was my first time i ever tried or heard about hot Baklava, and i amBalkan! Being hot elevated the desert on another level and i felt i am trying it for the first time even though i was eating itas long as i remember. Everything in this beautiful restaurant is 5 stars. Atmosphere, food and amazing stuff! The perfect treecourse Greek gateway with your loved one,or alone. Read more
