All I can say is Wow! This place is a little gem for those traveling to the Capitol Reef area. The hotel has a nice western... charm and has all the amenities you need for your stop. We really enjoyed our stay at the inn and loved the indoor pool, playground, and hot breakfast each morning. We ate at the steak... house one night and had some of the best steaks of our lives! Great location and proximity to Capitol Reef. Definitely recommendfor families. Read more
We enjoyed our stay at the Broken Spur Inn. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, comfortable and well worth the price.... Nice views of the surrounding area, and super close to Capitol Reef National Park. Hot breakfast came free with our stay and wasyummy! Also, dinner at the steakhouse was very impressive! If you're staying at the Broken Spur, I highly recommend eatingdinner at least once at the steakhouse - super convenient as it is on site, and also probably the best food around. Read more
Enjoyed the steak at their restaurant. If the portion is too big for one person, you can have it split into two orders with... their own sides. Would recommend pairing it with the soup of the day. The complimentary breakfast was quite nice as well. Thearea is quite nice, and the rooms are adequate. There's are coin-operated washers and dryers, which is quite convenient whengoing on a trip for several days. Read more
My 81 year old mother (Ann W.) used this oasis as a place to sleep while the rest of the family camped 10 miles up the road. ... We were well taken care and the management was responsive to her needs. Our room was clean and comfortable. The setting isspectacular. I would love to come and stay again. Read more
Positive: Everything was amazing. The view was excellent, it was clean, and the hot tub was well worth the tiny bit of extra... cost. If you have time, grab a steak at the restaurant. Loved my dinner, salmon, sweet potato and carrots/ yellow squash for vegetables. Delicious hot bread. I ate every scrap. I'd say... our group of 8 ran our poor waitress ragged. It was fairly busy. She did a good job! I love the cowboy and horse art on thewalls. Read more
Great rooms that came with an awesome buffet breakfast included with all the trimmings, not some cheap continental breakfast. ... The staff was very friendly and went all out to make sure our stay was exceptional. The steak restaurant was very good and wewere served quite quickly. Read more
