A male employee cancelled my order without informing me. Waited over an hour, thinking that my order was on its way. My Doordash... said the food was on its way. I called again to verify, and the male employee said he cancelled my order because he thought Iwanted to pick it up instead. Even though he initially told me that he couldn?t change that. Was super rude, even when I askedfor clarification. I understand minimum wage workers deal with a lot and it?s also rude to take out your anger on someone whodidn?t do anything wrong. I asked to speak with a manager and he claimed to be the manager. I called Doordash and they helped mewith my situation, thankfully! But the Doordash employee told me she spoke with a manager, who was a woman and not a man?.idkwhat?s going on at the Wingstop, but the service was terrible. Horrible service here placed a big company order with 16 plus combos and they messed up the entire order and was missing combos.... We we had to go back for the missing combos and the staff didn?t want to give us our missing combos they assured that they werein the bags. All the food was received cold because of there mistake. The worst Wing Stop ever! We didn?t get our order until about an hour of waiting! Then they offered boneless instead of our... original order of bone-in. If I wanted boneless, I would have gone to McDonalds for some chicken nuggets!! Ugh! Read more
They have people here that can't follow simple instructions. I've come here about 4 times, and 3 of those times, the order has... been done how they want to cook the order. I'm convinced they don't understand what's typed in the order or just have selectivehearing, and hear what they think you say! Asked for light sauce and they make it regular, when the same receipt they give me,once paid, CLEARLY says light sauce/seasoning! I ordered large thigh bites but I think they gave me regular one. It was an doordash order but there was no receipt or no bill... to confirm that it was mine. Please be more serious when you serve next online order. Digital is the future and you should paymore attention to online order to make sure they are fulfilled properly. Read more
I've been to plenty of WS locations and I would say this is one of the better spots. The staff is always friendly, the order... never takes longer than expected, and the store appears to be well kept. Read more
A good spot for flavored wings. This is a relatively new location. Carry-out only. Suggested that you order before arrival as... the wait is typically about 20 min of you order upon arrival. Be sure to check the board located in an easy to miss spot to theside of the cashier for the manager specials of the day. Read more
Been here maybe about 3/4 times in the past year and my order has been wrong every time. It?s kind of impressive. They shorted... me 6 whole chicken tenders and flavors were not what I ordered at all this time. The cashier read to me my whole order as Iwent to pick it up double checking everything was right just for me to open my order and see it was messed up when I gothome. Go to another location. This one seems unable to do the basic thing of giving you what you ordered and paid for. Read more
