I was so glad to see how organized they are. I walked up greeted by employee asked what I wanted to order, gave me a ticket then... escorted me to the register, I paid and was handed my ham. In and out in under 5 minutes! That is what I call excellent service! Read more

Very organized and polite, absolutely love the ham every year we purchase from Honey ???? Baked Ham store.
Very dissatisfied this year.. I brought the 4.2 pound ham to bring to an early thanksgiving dinner Saturday evening.. Upon... opening the gold wrapper to put the ham on the plate.. I realized the majority of the ham was not sliced .. The pieces that weresliced were very very thick.. very disappointing..I called the store and was told there was nothing they could do.. $55 is a lotof money to spend when you don?t get the advertised product. The Tavern Club is one of the best sandwiches I've ever had and is under 10 dollars! There aren't many Honey Baked Ham Cafes... (most don't have sandwichiches) but this Torrance location is the spot!!! Staff is super friendly! Read more
It was a super long line but it was impressively rapid. Everybody was cool. There was even a holiday vibe during the experience.... The ham was superb. Read more
This is the tale of the HoneyBaked unglazed ham. My brother graciously for Thanksgiving purchased two hams. We all know how... expensive they are, but due to the beautiful glaze on top and the usually delicious taste; you just eat the cost. Well youcannot believe the dismay and disappointment when we open up our hams and they did not have a lick of glaze on them. They werecompletely dry. I felt so bad because I talked my brother into purchasing two hams at a Hefty cost. HoneyBaked does have thepolicy that you have 7 days to return a ham. But guess what, it is something that is written in the store on the wall someplace.I commend those who have the presence of mind to read the policies of a store, posted on the wall; after waiting in line forover an hour, my brother's bad. The policy was missed unfortunately. I made a call to HoneyBaked on the 8th day and was toldwhat the policy was and the time limit. Forgive me, I just could not let it go. My question was why don't you put thisinformation on the receipt. I was told by The HoneyBaked manager at the Torrance store that the reason is because their machinesthat print out the receipt are old and don't have that capability. Are you kidding me, they don't have the money to update thatis so laughable. HoneyBaked has 400 stores. Everybody knows they make a ton of money, especially on certain holidays. You can'ttell me they cannot afford to print the return policy on the receipts; they just choose not to. We are just the flock ofcustomers . HoneyBaked wins but I will never buy anything from them again. It is also my duty to let everyone who walks in thatdoor know about this policy. Returns must be within 7 days. It's only five words and a number. Shame on you Honey Baked. Pleasenote: I only have one receipt for my ham I don't have the other receipt for my brothers but he bought t w o hams. I also want toadd that my brother picked up the ham on the 21st so he did not wait in line for an hour. Read more
