Ordered a chicken bowl but they gave it to another guy. Okay mistake , no problem but the front counter lady came and took it... from the gentlemen after it was opened and he had put sauce on it and she put it back into the kitchen!!!! Read more
Food is always on point but I regretfully found out today that the owner is taking the tip that customers give to the staff. No... matter what this is unacceptable and especially now during a pandemic when these employees don?t make much hourly anyway. I?mcompletely disgusted by the actions of ownership and will not step foot inside till this is rectified. If you are the owner andyou are reading this... Shame on you. How do you sleep at night knowing you are taking money away from your employees when thesetips are being given because of their great hospitality. Read more
I order a regular chicken bowl . I ask the cashier for no carrots she responds ' we charge 50 cents extra' .I told her I don't... want carrots on it .I don't want extra veggies. She said any special order is an extra charge. I said that's stupid. I paid andsat down to wait for my order. She called my order out .she told me I put no carrots on your order . Update Review: 04-21-2018 Some of us get used to eating at the same restaurant but this one is one of my favorites, I don't... know why I keep coming back here for the same thing I guess the food is really good and in fact it is. I have nothing but goodthings to say about this place. Quick and fast but also the food is excellent. For those who never tried this place, give it ashot you be surprised how good it is. They make the food to order so you may have to wait about 15 minutes or so but worth thewait. If your on your lunch break, it may take a little longer. I am watching the owner cooking onthe grill and serving all his customers, this a what you call a great person who can do this for 8 hours day or longer, I tip myhat to him for doing what he is doing. Overall , I do see that the place is improving on there customer services and makingsure that all the tables are clean. When you see that, of course people do make mistakes but at least there trying. Again yourfood is the BOM here and the portions are much bigger and be careful the food is very HOT. 5 stars for the food, 1 star for the poor customer service. The one i believe being the manager (Asian gentleman) is very... detached and seems almost bothered by the customers. We have been several times (up to 3 times in a week) and he neveracknowledge us, the opposite the impression is that he hates being there and in my personal opinion he should not be at directcontact with people!
