The employee(Cassandra)who served me was polite and nice, butttttt the drinks I got was slightly lack of flavor. However, what a... surprise, a lady named Gizelle went above and beyond in service!!!! I was waiting for my brother and he got here late stuck onLA traffic on the way, and she offered me to make his Macha iced drink again since it had melted already!
