My experience was terrible. Had to wait 20 min just to order my drink one guy making drinks but didn?t seem to have no urgency .... Finally when a girl comes to help him she takes my order but apparently hears the wrong drink I didn?t realize this till I go topick my drink up. I ordered a salted caramel cream cold brew. The guy gave me a caramel cold brew. When I ask the guy oh itcomes with caramel drizzle now his response was you ordered the caramel cold brew right. The girl that took my order overheardand said you did order the caramel cold brew. I said no I ordered the caramel sweet cold brew. Keep in mind I am very familiarwith Starbucks drinks i order this drink almost everyday before i for to work at 4 am. The girl then then said we?ll you shouldof said salted cream cold brew. I told them both yes I did say that not once did u hear an apology. The guy then says do youwant me to order another one I said no thanks so they can take 20 more minutes to make. Keep in mind nobody was ahead of me. Theguy didn?t seem he cared nor the girl. I will no longer be going to this location . I am very disappointed with the service youpay like 6 bucks I go to Starbucks everyday and get treated like this. Hope they learn to have people skills these drinks aren?tcheap.
