I was working on the clock. I order my drink and didnt get it after 45min. I asked the baristas of how much longer, they said 6... more drinks ahead of me. As I sat there waiting counted 15 drinks came out and still my drink wasnt ready. I needed to get backto work and still waiting for my drink. When I asked them again they couldnt find the ticket for my drink so I had to wait forthem to make another. But one of baristas just made my drink in less than a minute. If my drink can be made in less than aminute why did it take 45min to be made? Yes I understand there were people ahead of me. But the people behind in the lineordering already had thier drinks and left. Disappointed at this location. Read more

I had the worst customer service from the two baristas working around 2:30pm on 6/25/22 I purchased a venti drink but was given... a grande. I told the barista, he gets upset grabs the drink and does not remake it. What he did was add a bunch of whipped creamto the bottom of a venti cup and pour the grande drink inside the venti cup. I let them know and all they did was ignore me. Idon't expect an immaculate drink but I do expect to be given the size I paid for. Instead of wasting time making fun ofcustomers names they should focus on giving the correct drink size. On another note the cashier was super nice, she was verypolite. Read more

The morning staff today was horrible, everyone was literally just sitting in the back. One person in the front & wasn?t... friendly. Three people in the back kept popping out talking and joking then just chilling off to the side.
