First time to try Panda Express as I was sooo curious as to what the orange chicken hype was about. Mmm have to say Singapore... hawker sweet sour pork tastes better haha maybe its an Asian thing idk. But they had big generous servings and pleasant staff! Read more
An employee started taking my order when all of sudden, the manager of the restaurant was being rude towards the employee that... was taking my order. The manager decided to serve me instead of the employee. I told the manager what to serve me and she didn'tunderstand me and when I told her why she wasn't understanding me, she got mad for no reason. When I was about to pay for myfood, I discovered that the manager only served me 3 fried shrimp which were old and cold. When I come here, usually I amserved much more shrimp that is fresh. I told them to make me fresh shrimp but it took them almost 15 minutes to make the freshshrimp. I also discovered that part of my order wasn't correct and I had to wait even more to get part of the order replaced. Bythe time we ate, most of the food was cold and it was all because I had to wait for over 30 minutes because the manager randomlystarted serving me without paying attention to what my order was.
