WELL FRIST OF ALL I CALLED TO MAKE A TO GO ORDER ON MY LUNCH BREAK I ALWAYS COME IN AND GET THE SAME THING CHICKEN ALFREDO WITH... 2 GARLIC CHEESE BREADS I DONT EAT THE SOUP ARE SALAD THAT COME WITH IT BUT I ALWAYS SUBSTITUTE IT FIR EXTRA TOAST AND ITS NEVERA PROBLEM SO THE PERSON THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE SAID THAT HE COULD NOT DO THAT SO I EXPLAINED I ALWAYS GET THE SAME THING EVERYTIME I GO THERE SO I SAID ILL COME IN BECAUSE I ONLY HAD 30 MINUTES FOR MY LUNCH SO I WANT IN AND THE DID IT BUT I WAS CHARGEDFOR EXTRA TOAST AND STILL GET ALL THE WAY BACK TO MY JOB AND NO TOAST NOW I KEEP CALLING TO LET THEM NO AND NOW I CANT GET NOANSWER I CALLED OVER 5 TIMES NO ANSWER SUPER IRRITATED AND MAD I WANTED TO TAKE THE WHOLE BAG BACK FOR REFUND Read more

This is for the take out experience. Our first time ordering to go. It's definitely better to enjoy Norms and other diner in... person. Still a great bargain. We got the Bigger Better Breakfast, chicken strips dinner and fish and chips. The first two weregreat. The fish and chips were a bit soggy but that's not their fault. Not a good to go choice. I really liked this Norms in particular. Our server greeted us with a big smile and introduced himself as Tony. He was attentive... and efficient. We didn?t have to ask for anything, he was already on it. Sauces, syrup, refills were promptly presented. Itwould have been a solid five stars if the food didn?t take a minute to come out. The food is well priced and the portions werelarge. Always enough for me to save half for another meal later. Overall great experience there. Will go there again. :) Read more

We've been coming here for many, many years! The service has been decent as well as the food. We came here this morning for... their 72cents Breakfast for their 72nd Birthday. The food was filling and served hot. We enjoyed our early (6AM) breakfast!! Read more
Honestly norms is my place to go for a great breakfast love the pancakes today I tried they?re new chilaquiles in the menus and... it was a total disappointment nasty I?m sorry but you?re tortilla chips tasted like they fried them in old oil ewwww itactually ruined my whole breakfast plus it says it comes with beans and they didn?t even come with beans wrong choice of stylefood for Norms ?.. plate looks nice but TASTE IS BAD Read more
