I used the drive trough at this location on 9/4 around 3pm this location has bad customer service, was told that they were our... of straws for the drinks, things happen I understand that, but the issue is that they did not mention this untill I got to thepick up window after I had already payed. I asked for the manager she was angry and defensive because I asked if they had strawsin the lobby I would go inside to get them she answered no and told me to move along. Literally the worst customer service I?ve had in a good while. Just asked a simple question out of curiosity at the drive thru... and it escalated into some serious ridiculousness. Jasmine (the ?manager?) apparently has an ego issue. She definitely shouldnot be in a managerial role. Horrible horrible customer service, all around. Mind blown. Read more
This McDonald's is more focus on drive thru. We waiting at the counter for someone to take our order. Staff walking up and down... including the manager and no "Hi" "Hello" nothing. So we ended up ordering thru the kiosk. When other customers came in theyask them to order thru the kiosk. Never coming here again. Read more
I ordered 2 happy meals for my kids and they got to play at the playground there.. finally they opened it, yay! My kids had a... blast, the restaurant is fairly clean and the employees were very helpful while the food was delicious at a reasonable pricethanks to the McDonald's app. Read more
