THEY GAVE ME A MOLDY BROWNIE I went recently for the first time and actually enjoyed the pasta. I ordered a brownie to take home... and didn't notice anything wrong with it at the time. I don't think I've ever had a meal where I have felt that it was truly made with love. I ordered the grilled salmon here and... that with the spaghetti was remarkable. Every bite was savory. I accidentally poured too much balsamic vinaigrette on the salad,but all of the tastes combined were perfection. The minestrone soup was delicious as well. Such a good, clean eating place tovisit. We go here often and get the salmon dinner. The spaghetti is the best I have ever had!! Really my wife agrees too. ... Everything they do is done so sincerely. I also have the salad with tuna and yuzu dressing. The minestrone soup and thegarbanzo soup are excellent. The carrot muffins are also exceptional. This place raises a question: what does Mama Says? I don't know, but I do know this: ?PASTA la vista, baby? is what Arnold... Schwarzenegger would say if he were to visit this place. Let's start with the decor: the carrots, what on God's green earth isup with that? So. Many. Carrots. I felt like I was walking into the corporate offices of Instacart, or something ????. Theattention was great. Cashier/attendant was kind, courteous and even though at one point I mistakenly spilled some juice on thefloor, she nonchalantly handled it. The food is fantastic and the portions are JUST right. Not too much and not too littleeither. The "juices" are SUBPAR. Save your money and drink mouthwash instead. The dessert, or at least the tiramisu I had, willhave you wishing you had tried this place sooner. So yes, fantastic pasta and dessert. Lousy juices and quirky decor. Unexpected gem in south South Bay! Amazing salad (Rosey Chick) - large enough for 2 meals! Spaghetti carbonara was delicious as... well - smaller than the salad, but very rich, so also enough for 2 meals. Definitely want to go back, Lord willing! Read more

Currently this is my go to place for eating more vegetarian meals. I am addicted to the Eggplant Arrabiata pasta and Carrot... Garlic Bread. The Salmon Pasta is a close 2nd. I also like the side of eggplant parmesean. I have ordered the Black Squid Inkpasta and Pasta with vegetables which are also good. The chef does not over season the food (which shows a deft hand) at leastin my opinion. Prices are reasonable too! I pick up food from here at least 2-3 times per week. Read more
