The chicken was hot as it should be. I ordered their $6 special, leg and thigh. It comes with a srink and mashed potatoes. You... can't substitute. I don't like mashed potatoes and they no longer have steak fries. I ask for cole slaw instead but I wouldhave to pay extra. This KFC no longer has pot pies, steak fries, extra crispy chicken or hot wings. I would think since theyhave discontinued most of their menu items they would at least know how to make fried chicken taste good. It's not rocketscience. I ordered a 2 piece meal without drink and they only took 10 cents off, I came back in and asked them so does that mean all the... sodas are 10 cents since you only took 10 cents off my order, then the lady Alexandra says leave my store right now, she saidthis about 5 times to me. I asked her for corporate phone number she said no, get out of my store now. I thought that was sorude, even to say this out loud so the new costumers can hear even the little girl heard and got scared of the manager talkingreal loud to me to leave her store. I have to go all the way back because not only did they not give me my receipt but I got mashed potatoes and gravy when I go... back because I have to get the gravy which is a technically 30 minute round trip gravy container is so small that is not evenenough gravy for the large mashed potatoes. I go to Sarah other KFC's and their gravy is equal to the size of the mashed potatonot a tiny Bowl like this one they're chipping people out of the portions that you are paying for this is not the first timeI've had an issue with this KFC in everytime I keep getting sent back to do this survey on this particular one and everytimeit's something negative I have to say about it so now I'm going to post it here are also along with me sending in the surveyagainst them. It's been years since I last had KFC ???? but we've been craving fried chicken and finally decided to give in to it. The young... man who served us was surprisingly friendly and efficient. Not sure if it was good training or just his nature but service likethat is always a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately I can't give a fair rating of the food since I didn't eat it right away. Hotit might have been better but 30-minutes later it wasn't as crisp as I'd hoped. We'll see how it reheats tonight. Read more
I enjoy the food there but I ordered a chocolate cake with my meal and I didn't get it. This has happened to me lots before with... other items and it's really irritating. I also got a small stomach ache after I finished eating my meal from them I'm not sureif it was from the food or what but it hurt pretty bad. I would go there again, but next time I need to check my bags to makesure all the food is there.I also tried calling them a few times and they never picked up until I called again about an hourlater. I love this KFC location. They are fast and accurate. I love being able to order on the app and pickup, but their wait time... isn?t that long otherwise. The store is clean, like spotless. The workers are more than happy to make sure I have everything Iwant. Read more

Stopped by just cause it was on the way. It was clean. But the customer service was a lot to be desired. The ladies have a... little firmness/defensiveness to their tone which is unnecessary when folks are just trying to buy food. Hit and miss. Food wasaverage too.
