Food was consistently good with what you expect from a KFC. The staff were friendly, but the drive-thru experience was very... slow. Take in to consideration it was 6:30pm on a Friday evening, but it was still 23 minutes to get our food. Couple that withthe fact that the drive-thru is a little hard to access unless you only enter from one direction...it ends up knocking off onestar from the rating. But food was good and fresh! Wanted a Chicken sandwich but didnt want to drive 10 more minutes to popeyes on PCH. Figured they both are the same and will be... good. BOY WAS I WRONG. You can tell first off that the person serving me just threw the mayo on the back end of the sandwitchwith 3 sadly placed pickles and an old soft peice of chicken that was not even fresh. I ordered fries and tender combo through doordash. I went to pick up and entered drive through lane and I was informed that I... have to come inside store. I don't understand what's the issue if they would have handed over in drive through lane. This iswired and I never experienced this scenario in any fast food pickup. I collected the order and noticed that it was air packed and when I opened it at home the fries and tenders were so soggy. I was very disappointed for not getting crunchy fries andtenders. Read more

The service at this KFC is appalling. One night, the teenagers working wouldn't answer the drive through and when I called out,... they asked me to wait. I called out again after another couple of minutes and they asked for more time. When I finally got tothe window I asked if there was an emergency. Nope, they were just goofing off and couldn't be bothered. The next visit, thedrive-thru register wasn't working. There was a big sign on the ordering menu board. So I pulled up to the window and thought Iwould ask if there was still an issue or if they could just ring me up on a different register given that there are at leastfour registers in the building. The cashier was snide and snippy in her response telling me I had to come inside to order (whichis ridiculous). Then when I come inside, I hear her complaining loudly that I had the nerve to ask questions when there was asign posted on the ordering board in the drive thru. Then the person taking my order wouldn't answer my requests for all darkmeat acting as if it is obvious that my order would have dark meat (the last time no one asked, and I got all white meat which Ididn't want). So, no matter who I interact with there, I get attitude and rude behavior. Needless to say, I will never comeback to that KFC again because the owner clearly isn't managing the staff and the staff is extremely rude and bad at their jobs. Read more

My order is always correct but... there is always a sign at the door saying they open at 11 a.m. or 11:30 am. When you walk in... the food is not ready and you need to wait more. The employees are very nice. I just wish I wouldn't have to wonder what timeto arrive. I need my order at 11 to bring mom her lunch. Read more

I don't see the reason for so many NEGATIVE reviews for this location so I decided to visit the place. I'm a Doctor from the... nearby hospital so I walked over and I was greeted by a nice Chica at the counter. She was polite and quickly took my order.While I was waiting, I looked around the lobby. It was still early in the morning when they just opened up. The place lookedclean and everything was neatly in it's place. I noticed that the Mexican ladies working in the food prep area were efficientlyputting together my order. In about 5 minutes my order was done. The Chica gave me my bag and she said "Thank you". I did noticethat the prices were higher than what was posted on it's website. I guess you can blame that to inflation. Anyways I had apleasant experience here at this location and that I will tell my staff to come to this location for their KFC cravings. ThankYou! Read more

They accept EBT again! I miss the fish n chip's and the TV. But hey, it's a clean KFC location.

The drive thru was slow, one car ahead of us and it still took long. The drive thru speaker was bad, and hard to understand both... ways. It was expensive, and the food was old, and they got our order wrong even after confirming twice. I ordered chickentenders combos and they sold us 3 piece chicken meals. I asked for Sierra Mist and water, they gave us Pepsi and SierraMist. The biscuit was tough and the chicken was dripping oil and was flavorless. Read more
