I love In-n-Out. This is the closest location to my house, so we come here most frequently. The only reason I can't give them... 5 stars is because of the drive-thru situation. It's a nightmare, and they don't seem to do much about it. They're in a largeparking lot, and they're not far from Home Goods and Home Depot, so there's quite a bit of traffic. Because of this, In-n-Outhas hired third party security to help monitor the parking lot and direct traffic. Several times I have seen cars honking ateach other, drivers screaming, cutting each other off, and the hired "security guard" just watches the whole thing happen. Idon't want to feel like I'm risking getting in an accident just to get a double-double! Read more
