Solid food and great selection of in-house beer with some wine and non-alcoholic beverages, too. Brisket was tender and... flavorful. The smoked chili was tasty and the brussel sprouts were another solid side dish. Service was friendly and attentive ?Alpha was wonderful to us! Great decor, service and beer. The food was only ok? Excellent beer selection! The menu was very impressive but fell... short. Positives were the Brussels sprouts and the bacon Mac and cheese. Meh were the amazing sounding short rib marinated intomatillo over grits and the chicken and shrimp jambalaya. Both lacked flavor? If your looking for brews and bbq then definitely check out this gem in Torrance! They have plenty of local brews and southern... style food that stands out against the LA scene. Plenty of free parking too! Sunday's special is the Burnt Ends Chili, which isfull of brisket bits and flavor with a corn bread on the side. Highly recommend! We also got the Catfish Poboy with slaw. It waspretty good too and tasty. The beer here is really good too. You can get a flight or a regular pint. They also have beers to goso that you can bring some home! Read more
