Mr. Georgio - I hope you read this. I have been coming to your shop for years. We drive long distances to eat your pizza. We... love it. Here is the issue. Your pizza and service has changed. The fix is simple. Hire MORE staff. They are overworked. Phonesring nonstop. They just can't get to taking the orders. So it's not a matter of not being able to afford staff because I havenever seen the shop so busy. The workers rush through the orders and the pizza is either not as good or done wrong. Passing through Torrance, stopped at CVS and decided to grab some pizza from the place next store. Ordered a small and left once... it was boxed and ready to go. Pizza looked good, but when I started to eat it the dough was still gooey and uncooked. Surprisingsince there was only one other table in the place, and it took over 20 minutes to get my pizza.
