Store people are quite helpful and quick in serving however there was one women who is very lazy to even give the ready Pizza.... She took more than 8mins to take an order on phone call ???? This Dominos store always surprises me with the worst Pizza. Notsure why the employees are not well trained. I have tried the pizza at other locations in Torrance and they do it really good. Canceled my carry out order because it was half less on online order. Guy didn't want to assist and when he did he didn't return... the rest of my money on gift card. He probably doesn't know how to fix it and got frustrated. Just gave me $20 back. Still didnot fix my order. Read more
Usually my favorite pizza place...not this time. Both pizzas were burned. I called to tell them this. Brian/Bryan? answered and... straight up called me a liar! Said he cut them and as they were thin crust, they were supposed to be crispy. Crispy? Yes. Black?No! Had to throw away 2 pizzas. Worst customer service experience ever. Read more
I am usually not the one to complain but I received a horrible experience from this store. I was given the wrong order and I... called to complain. Adam picked up the call and he was very rude and condescending. I have been ordering from this store foryears and I have never had to complain about a wrong order with the exception of today. The wrong order was prepared and insteadof apologizing for the error I was treated in a horrible manner. To think that I was lying regarding receiving the wrong orderis ridiculous. Read more
Domino's Pizza is horrible. I had gotten it delivered a few times and it was always cold. Apparently the driver had multiple... deliveries and mine was later. Then another time I ordered it by phone and went to pick it up and they said it wasn't readyyet. I waited 20 minutes there, and it still wasn't ready. Then they found it on the shelf and it was cold.
