Came here with my boyfriend and was not greeted when we walked in. One of the girls was too busy singing ?I don?t wanna be... alone?. We said okay that?s not a big deal. We got our Oreo Overloads and as soon as we took our first bites on the ride home weboth tasted peanut butter. Thats a BIG deal. I guess they don?t wash their spoons in between orders. Thank God neither of us areallergic to peanut butter but what if we were? They would have sent us to the hospital. That?s unacceptable. Now the finale: Igot the smallest size (like it) and he ordered the medium (love it). After we finished our ice cream he put my cup inside hisand it was THE SAME SIZE. They charged us for two different sizes but gave us the same!? We?re NEVER coming back here. Whoeverworked on Tuesday night 10/11/22 (two young women) needs to be properly trained. Read more

Customer service is really poor. I have gone there several times, and every time, the service has been bad.

I love coldstone and used to work for coldstone but I was disappointed by my experience today. The staff seemed to want to close... early even though there was an hour till closing time. They took the doors off the freezer display/ left them open and all theicecream was melted and even forgot to make my order. This is my icecream when I got home only 4 minutes away. Not to mentionthat this is food safety hazard. Read more

You would never think you?d have to leave a bad experience review on an ice cream shop. I walked in asked where the lined... formed because me and another guest were standing around not greeted. When I made eye contact with the employee his first wordswere what what do you want! I told him you don?t speak to your guests like that. I proceeded to order my childrens ice creamrequest . Fast forward check out I ask for his name he said he doesn?t have 1 and looking back at the experience he neverwashed his hands, wore gloves, and barely a mask. I will be calling the health department because after leaving I realized whywas I in this place with no customer service and it was hella dirty in there. I spent $32 dollars to realize the experiencewasn?t right for home and discarded everything I purchased JIC to keep my family safe. Will never go back here Read more

Not a bad experience at all, but it wasn't great either... They could have mixed in the toppings a little better.... Also, they... mixed one ice cream at a time and put it aside and gave us all of them together. They were also super slow at the cash counterso the first ice cream started melting by the time we got it. The other server was smarter and handed their customer the ???? asthey mixed it. Read more
