Decent food with ample seating, including high chairs. We visited with friends and made for a chilled-out environment. Being... vegetarians, there is a decent varient, and we went for the Eggplant Stir-fry and an extra side of rice. Although parkingdowntown will always be an issue, this is one of those off-the-beaten-path kinda restaurants, and worth a visit if in the area. Read more

One of the best Hakka in downtown Toronto. We had the soup small size and chicken chilli on rice. While the soup was okay,... chicken chilli rice was quite delicious and was enough to share between two of us. Although we didn't order the chicken pakoras, the seemed delicious too and on our list to try next there. Read more

I heard legends of their Chilli Chicken and they weren't wrong, it was amazing. What those legends don't tell you is how... incredible the whole menu is. I went here with some colleagues after an event to catchup, it was recommended highly by them, sowe went. We had a mix of soups, rice dishes, noodles and chicken that changed my perspective on chicken. They absolutely knockit out of the park with their chicken. Their spicy Chicken (red one) is a mix of spices and flavor I cant describe in wordsother than yku need to try it. Service and food timing here was incredible, they were truly on it and provided excellentservice. I recommend coming here for a family meal, catchup with friends or colleagues Read more

Great portion size! Definitely recommend going here with at least 3 people and sharing the food because u need several dishes to... balance each other. We found 2big plates of fried rice for five people a good quantity :) Read more

This was my second visit to this superb spacious Hakka restaurant just off Dundas square. And both times I came away with great... memories. Yesterday's visit was hurried but remains memorable. One of the reasons of loving this restaurant is that it is theonly restaurant I have visited in Toronto which till serves the Chicken Chow mien the way I ate it in India. They call itCantonese Chow Mien. Thank you for all the memories. The chicken corn soup was an ideal accompaniment to the meal though itarrived very late. Could have ben slightly sweeter though. Hakka restaurants are famous for their chilly vinegar. The Yueh TungI remember used to serve this but now it seems they have stopped. That was the only sad part of the visit. Will definitely keepgoing back for more. After all who can give up good memories? Read more

I ordered the Hakka Wonton Garlic Noodle and it surprisingly pleased my taste buds more than I'd expect it to. Even with a few... simple ingredients put together, it delivered a unique taste and flavour that made it so heavenly! I was so full but stillwanted more! I also got the Hakka Braised Pork Belly to share and the pork was so succulent that it retained a lot of itsflavour and tenderness! You can tell just by the taste how much time and effort was spent slow braising the pork toperfection! As much as I enjoyed the food, I also really enjoyed the quick and great service as well! Everyone was so sweet andhelpful. Portion size were enormous! ???????? Read more
