I can only order delivery from this Wendy's which is a trailer in an empty lot. I like Wendy's usually, but this location... ALWAYS forget's something in my order. The biggest problem I have is that nobody really cares. The driver? Couldn't care less."Call them". Skip the Dishes? Couldn't care less. "We'll refund you for the missing item". "But, that item is part of my meal.It's not really a full meal now". "Sorry, nothing we can do about it. We'll only refund you for that item". I go to file acomplaint at Wendy's customer care URL. I spend 5 minutes writing my complaint. Submit it. Page errors out. Really frustratingexperience all around. I am paying all these ridiculous fees. Service fee, delivery fee, tip. Fine. If you want me to add 30%to the cost of my food to get it delivered, FINE!!! JUST GET THE #$&*#$@ ORDER CORRECT!! ONE TIME PLEASE! I am only postingthis because nobody cares at Wendy's or SKIP. So if you are placing an order here, be prepared to have it missing some items.And when that happens, there won't be anyone around to try and make things right. You will be hungry. Read more
Even though this is a ghost kitchen Wendy?s they?re still pretty great for delivery. They were generous on our chicken strips... and I actually laughed out loud when I saw how our baconator and son of baconator were labelled. Lol! Read more
Food is stale and too much delivery fees.
