I ordered off of Uber Eate twice tonight and the first time half of my order was missing, when i re-ordered the missing items... and the taco salad came as a regular salad I called in to ask about this and the person on the phone was rude and completelyignored the fact that we ordered a taco salad and just said we ordered it without the toppings which on our receipt it says wedidn?t. Well. I took a minute to read other reviews before making mine? you would think with such TERRIBLE reviews, this location would... be reassessed.. Not only are the staff miserable, the location is DISGUSTING!! Not able to wash your hands due to a broken sinkas well? Gross. Just GROSS!!!! Such horrible attitudes from the drive through cashier EVERY single time. They don?t listen to your order and then give you a... hard time for correcting them. Cherry on top of that was finding a red hair in my food today. Lovely! Read more
The burger was extremely salty and the coffee, which was thank goodness free, was undrinkably bitter. This is the first time I... have had such a bad experience at Wendy's, so I guess it's a one-off. Perhaps somebody spilled salt on the beef patty? I havenever had a coffee at Wendy's before so I have no idea if the coffee is usually decent. I only tried the coffee because of thefree coffee offer. This is by far the worst Wendy?s I?ve experienced. I don?t care for food fast and do not uphold the same standards as I would... for a fine-dining experience so this review is quite different. I don?t care as much about the food as I do about how employeesare treated by management. My sister was employed at this location and was treated disgustingly. She was 17 years old at thetime and like many of her peers in that age bracket, it was one of her first jobs. She was only employed for a few months beforeher mental health was on a steady decline. Given the pace of the restaurant and Wendy?s expectations of pushing out food in atimely fashion, she wasn?t short of her mistakes, as it was a learning curve, however the treatment she described to me wasabusive and embarrassing. Like many of the other reviews I?ve read, employees there are RUDE and the work culture there is toxicamongst each other. Management does NOT set any example of respect and decency amongst staff given how they themselves treat thestaff. There?s only so much I can write here and I?m saving the restaurant by not naming names but I have not frequented thislocation since I urged my sister to quit and I picked her up on her last shift. I went to Wendy?s at st.Clair Ave #Blog A and I order myself an Southwest Avocado and pleas look at the picture of the salad... could you see any Avocados? Well there is nothing there to call it Southwest Avocado salad. I thought I should take it back butthe cashier that took my order had zero customer service and due to the way in which she took my order I don?t think I want toreturn to the store to let them know that they charge me for a southwest Avocado salad but neglected to add the avocado. Butit?s all good because this is the first and last time I will visit this location. My husband just went there 10 mins ago. The business wasn't busy. 5-6 people were working there. They were taking their time to... serve customers. So, again it was "not busy, no rushing". My husband ordered bacon cheese potato for me and this is what I got.Does it look like bacon cheese potato for you? This is not the first time the mistake this location made. I live near by so it?s convenient. I can?t complain about the food. But the service seriously needs work. I usually order... through the drive through. I always get attitude regardless of how nice I am, and how many times I thank them. Usually I don?tcare, but this has happened over 10 times, those workers need to fix their attitude up. Read more
