Worst experience here, the people working are rude. They don?t care about the clients and have slow service. Management is... equally horrible and they close before closing time. The worse Wendy's I've been to, I always like to give places chances because it could be an off day. But consistently this... location fails on all accounts. Rude managers, with long vinyl nails on their phones then touching food with bare hands, reallygross. The seating area always dirty. Almost everyone in line before me had their order made wrong or missing items. Very poorlymanaged and surprised a health inspection hasn't shut them down. The girl who took my order sounded disinterested in her job OR she was partially asleep. Doubting it was lack of sleep because... she was able to adhere WAY TOO LONG eyelashes. When I pulled up to place my order, I was greeted with a very low energy "be withyou in a minute" followed by another " be right with you". No cars infront of me and not many cars in the lot. I had to ask formy receipt twice. It was SHOVED between the beverages on the tray. Gone are the days when receipts are handed to the customer. Not even a thank you. I usually have great service here. The worst experience I had in Canada. Food was ok. But, the customer service is total unsatisfactory. I saw one of the managers... yelling at one of the staffs just to Clean the tables. Even to all the customers se ad the same attitude. She didn't show anyrespect to staff or customers. Please make sure the people working there makes a good atmosphere for the staff ad customers.
