Worst shawarma, the meat was dry and not fresh probably a day old. Waste of money

This place is one of the better choices in this food court in m opinion. Average tasting shawarma wraps and plates. Portions... for the plate are good with an okay price. The regular and large wraps are way overpriced for what you are getting. Read more

The service was really bad. No customer service at all. I went here on April 1/2022 at 2:45. They wanted to charge me extra for... my sauce that I requested in a small container instead of on my food. I asked for some onions on my food and look in the picwhat they put in my salad. Read more

I visited this Villa Madina on 20/06/21. I bought 2 mix plates and 2 ginger ale pop. The total cost was $34.08. I questioned the... clerk who served me why the 2 pops cost over $5 pre-tax. I asked him to remove it. The total went to $28.xx However uponchecking the charge on my card, it shows up as $34.08. The food was excellent and I don't know why the need to scam me. It's apity, will never visit this place again. Read more

Quality is bad and service is worse. Meat is dry and tastes weird. Veggies and salad weren't fresh. Now the worst part is how... they throw food in the box... they pour all the sauces while they ask you if you want them in. Like they go "hot sauce?" whilethey are already soaking your food with it lol They think that's efficient. Well I had them redo they whole thing from start, what a waste of food. Read more

I tried out this place for a casual lunch on a weekday. It is situated in the food court of RBC building. I tried their Falafel... Rice Combo. Brown Rice were served with 4 big pieces of Falafel along with hummus and sour cream. I could also choose 2 saladsas well. I decided to have udon noodles with sides of tofu and spring roll. The portion size was really good. Falafel werereally good - both texture and taste wise. Overall, a value for money meal. Read more

My salad included a Pen top(cap), I am sure it was not in the menu or i ordered it with my food, the people working in the place... don?t care about health and food standards, if I didn?t pay attention i would have been choked to death. Not going to eatanymore from this restaurant from any location. Read more
