Great food if you're looking for something vegetarian and middle eastern/arabic.

Service is the worst. The person at the front counter did not suggest any combo but when i saw on the menu. she said it will... take longer. I said its fine with me. Then her friend came in and she started chatting with her after 10 minutes she puts frirsin the fryer. I come back after 10 minutes she said fries are still not ready yet; you have to come in after 10 more minutes. Icome in after 15 and she still did not put those food items in container. When i asked about it she starts putting it in airtight plastic container. When i reached home the fries were soggy like someone drag it through a carwash. Read more

I?m a shawarma lover, and really enjoyed the RokBox with beef, chicken and falafel options. It?s pleasant fast authentic... Mediterranean cuisine. Slow-roasted shawarma on a bed of rice with pickled turnips, peppers topped by the glorious signaturegarlic RokSauce! Halal certified. Read more

Update: going to try the vegetarian falafel plate next time! Sept. This was my first try of Villa Madina. Got the vegetarian... stuffed grape leaves (Vine Leaves Plate). Generous helpings, freshly made, delicious! Friendly service. Got a drink with it andit was very fairly priced. Would have a meal from there again. Thank you! Read more

Uncultured and uncivilized owner, extremely rude. No etiquettes of customer service. Baught a shawarma wrap and didn't like the... way owner of the shop talked. If owner can do that expect worst from employees Shawarma wasn't fresh, he stuffed it with driedcold meat and when requested to make fresh he starts yelling at you. Didn't even grill the sandwich. Sorry to say. I am notcomfortable paying 10$ for dried cold meat sandwich and garnish of humiliation for free :) Read more

The staff members are friendly and welcoming. Regarding the food, and for the second time I am having the same experience. I... ordered the mix Shawarma platter. The beef shawarma was dry and really overcooked during both visits. The chicken as well, butit?s always obvious and clear with the beef more than the chicken. I believe the reason is cutting the shawarma off the Shawarmaskewer and keeping it in a steam pan which directly heats the food and causes that dryness. The last time I got my shawarmadirectly from the skewer was years ago , and after they opened at the food court in Fairview mall. They really need to thinkabout the dryness issue. Read more

The food here was probably the worst villa madina i?ve ever had! ? chicken was given from a box and looked like curry chicken.... The rice was wet and overall just tasted and looked like prison food. Staff did say they would give me another plate. But idon't think id even eat it? threw the entire plate out! If there was option to give negative stars i probably would. Read more

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Generous portions, crisp and fresh salads. The entire experience was amazing, I... would definitely recommend this location for my family and friends. The staff was very helpful and go above and beyond toexplain and accommodate you with different choices and make your own plates. The beef Shawarma is very tender and it melts I your mouth.
