As a chef I must say I am blown away by the food at Valis. Amira, owner and lone chef is super passionate, friendly,... knowledgeable and experienced. You can really taste the love and energy she puts into her food. Everything is prepared fromscratch, including all the preserves and grab and go food. I very rarely eat store bought or even take out food. Lets just sayI've be there everyday since discovering it.
