Nothing can attest to a place?s popularity like running out of fish as they ran out of salmon so I ended up getting tuna.... Definitely one of the best and freshest tuna I had in a poke bowl. The rice was decent and their toppings and sauces were quitecreative and unlike any other places. I?m still shocked as to why they have not opened up for in person dining yet as they wereonly offering to go orders. Regular Poke Bowl: $15 Small Poke Bowl: $10 Pricing as of February 1st 2022 Was craving a poke bowl so decided to give this... place a go. Pricing was much higher then I thought it would be when I got there. Got two fish bowls with regular ingredients +avocado and seaweed, ended up paying $40. I don?t usually go to poke bowl places so maybe that?s normal? Be the judgeyourself. The bowl itself had good amount of rice, quantity of tuna was also average in my opinion. There was lack ofvegetables. I asked for everything so I was expecting more. Disappointing element was probably the sauce. Got K-Town and tastedno garlic chilli or sweetness in it. This is one of the best Poke places we have tried. Sadly it's located downtown and so far out of the way for us, as we try to... avoid downtown. My husband googled a random poke bowl that was close by to where I was wedding dress shopping and so happy wefound Umami Poke. We love that they do build your own poke (I am a picky eater). Build Your Own Poke: Base: You get a choicebetween 4 options, 2 rice, 2 noodles Umami Poke: Theres about 10 choices available Mix In: You can mix in your Poke Bowl withabout 8 different fresh ingredients they have on hand Top Off: and to top it off you get about 8-10 choices to top off your pokebowl with. They set up a patio for us after we called. It's not that busy on the street so pretty peaceful vibes. Food was really tasty... with unlimited toppings. Very fresh fish and flavorful sauces. The servers were very friendly. He even brought out some fishtreats for our dogs! Will come here again! Read more
I tried ordering online before picking up but it was close to the time that they closed so when I entered the payment info, I... got a message saying that the salmon was not available anymore. I ended up calling them to see if I could still place an orderand the staff was able to place it for me. When I got there, within 10 min of calling, my order was ready for pick up. I wasthankful that they were so quick and able to accommodate my order right before closing time. I was happy with my poke bowl. Itwas fresh and has lots of different ingredients. I love that they offer zucchini pasta as an alternative to rice. They have alot of sauces and I?m curious to try more of them. Will come back again! Read more
Poke was delicious and the servers were very nice. The ingredients used are very fresh and the sauce was delicious. The place... is a build your own bowl style but I would prefer if pre-made options were available as I don't have the expertise of whattastes good in a Poke Bowl.
