The customer service at this location is extremely poor. The employees do not follow the dress code. They look so dirty. No... hairnets were worn. The female employee had her hair untied. I?m really concerned about the hygiene of this location. Read more
What a difference it makes when you speak up from one day to the next. Wish the owner of all his Tim Hortons locations would... understand how frustrating it is to pay the price marked but not get the quality in return. I really like this place, beside being in front of the subway station and being in one of the most busiest Tim Hortons in... Downtown and there is always a line of customers waiting for coffee, it's always clean and the staff are doing their best toprovide support for their customers. Read more
I will not go into details of what my terrible experience was. This is a very undesirable loacation to buy your tims. The Indian... cashier does not have the ability to speak to the costumer nicely. Disgusting! Very rude and agressive staff and they don't careabout the costumer. In addition, when I open my BELT food at home it comes with a rotten lettuce leaf. If there was an option to give 0 stars, I would rather prefer to do that, because today a few minutes ago, I bought a meal... including steeped tea, wrap and donut (honey cruller) and I got a fly(????) stuck inside the donut (you can see in the picture).It was Jennifer(Employee) who took and served me the order. I returned to the store and showed that donut to another Employee.She gave me the refund for the donut and suggested to complain to the Store Manager about it. Is it right to take the refundand stay quite after these kind of situations? And when there is a risk for health of all the customers who buy food from thisplace. Read more
