This store is hit or miss. Either they will make your order properly, or they will mess up. On Friday November 18 2022 I made... my regular breakfast order (Bagel BELT with sausage instead of bacon, no cheese; Iced Capp; and muffin), and had to wait about13 minutes for them to re-make my Bagel BELT because, apparently, some other person had taken my Bagel BELT. They kept insistingthat my Bagel BELT was on its way, but when they finally asked for my order number six minutes in, my order was no longer intheir system. The kicker is that, once I got home, I realized that they had just made me a sausage-and-egg bagel (no lettuce, notomatoes, no condiments i.e. the "LT" portion of "BELT"). I complained via the online customer service line that same day andhave yet to get a response. It is now Monday November 21st. Then, on Saturday November 19 (the day after), I went in-store topurchase my breakfast, and despite ordering a Bagel BELT with sausage instead of bacon, no cheese; I got a BLT with bacon, sausage, AND cheese, no egg. I had to go back into the store to have them add the egg. The kicker here is that (a) I saw thatthe cashier was entering my order as a "sausage bagel" and was adding the egg, lettuce, and tomato as surcharges, instead ofselecting the "BELT" option on the register [I made her re-enter it correctly]; and (b) when I asked for no cheese, she assuredme that cheese was not included. My order came with cheese. I'm not sure what's going on with this store, but I often dreadgoing there (despite it being closest to my home), because I really don't want to deal with order mistakes first thing in themorning. Please do better. Read more

Quite easily the worst service, on a daily basis, of any Tim Hortons' I've been to. Online orders come first, and in-store... customers come last. Its also nice to see the staff showing up late, and making themselves coffee, while I wait to beserved. Perhaps setting up the line so staff don't have to travel to 3 different workstations to make a cup of coffee. THelayout is designed for chaos. I have waited up to 30min for a hash brown, simply because the cashier didn't grab one, as youwould for a doughnut. The result was having to wait for this one poor staff memeber who had the weight of all of the online, and in store food orders, to go through a sea of orders with no help. That's about as constructive as I can get. Oh, and whyon earth are you charging your staff for coffee?!?!? That's just insane, and penny pinching. Read more

Nice Tim's Location. Separate line up for ordering in person / mobile pick up. Order Kiosks on side. Convenient bike rack... outside. Benches outside. Never out of oat milk! Read more

If you can get to another location you really should go there instead. Service is extremely slow and there seems to be a... language barrier with the cashiers. I waited over 10 minutes for a grilled cheese panini with lettuce and tomato to onlyreceive a cheese sandwich :( The cheese was not melted at all. I asked for it to be redone and 15 minutes later received thesame thing. I was told this is how Tim Hortons makes it I've had "grilled" cheese and many other locations and the cheese wasactually melted. I honestly don't think that is too much to ask. Wasted my entire lunch break and was highly dissatisfied Read more

Worst/dumbest tim hortons ever. They get your order wrong and not give you refund unless you do a whole investigation. Also,... they let others steal your food without checking too. And they will make you feel like it's your fault! I already claimed, butthey still don't give me refund. Read more

I keep giving this spot the benefit of the doubt and thinking their service would be better the next time.. it never gets... better. The worst part is, it takes minimum 5 minutes per person to order, then you have to wait for them to process the orderand when you get it the result is mediocre at best. It takes way too long for multiple people to work on a single order and theresult doesn't make up for it. Really don't recommend going here if there are other options. Edit: went again a month afteroriginal post, my drink was nowhere near topped up. Read more

I'm writing this review to let management know (and customers) that when you use the self serve kiosk, the option for Oat Milk... (not sure about other milks) does not communicate the selection on the receiving end! No hate to the staff or anyone else butmanagement should fix this ASAP! My partner and I first suspected this was the case in June when we ordered iced lattes andiced coffees and got cream in the iced coffee and 2% in the latte. On our end (on the kiosk order screen) we both double checkedthat we had selected Oat Milk before we paid. This happened again in July too, I asked the young lady working if it was Oat Milkand she looked nervous and said yes...it was cream???? Today, I went in and selected an Oat Milk iced capp to test our theory. The staff member handed me and iced capp and I said "is this with oat milk?" and she said no; she was polite and showed me onher screen that my order had no specifications for oat milk, when, on my end, it did. She remade it, it was not her fault, butnow I know for sure that it does not show up on the staff's end. Management, please fix this. As someone with an inflammatorydisease (after several surgeries, I can confirm it isn't just a tummy ache and dairy can ruin me for days)I don't often get toenjoy drinks at establishments anymore, but, a dairy free iced coffee absolutely slaps in the summer ???????? Customers shoulddefinitely be able to feel safe knowing their dairy free selection is computed, and in this case it isn't! I handled myaccidental dairy dose okay earlier in the summer, but someone else might not! Please address this issue to save your staff ahassle, too! I use the kiosk specifically so this modification is written down???? Read more

It was a perfect evening for me to try the newly launched limited time Biebs Brew by Justin Bieber. It was French Vanilla cold... brew, medium sweet (luckily!). I had ordered crave-able chicken sandwich to go with. I was confused at first whether to go withmy all time favourite flavour, hazelnut. Ohhh! They have newly launched coffee in this space too. The coffee was deliciousenough for me to enjoy it without worrying about it being tooooo sweet as one of my friends had shared with me just beforeentering the store. The sandwich was good too. The place was big enough to accommodate the crowd that came in after I arrived. Igot couple of work things done while enjoying sips in between. Overall, it was a good experience for me. I could go again there. Read more
