We pay not just for a quality product but the quality service too, in my case both were BAD. Ordered Egg and Cheese on 12... grain, found a HAIR strand in that, the cheese had not even melted, it was COLD. Asked napkins to the lady who prepared mysandwich, she says that's cashiers responsibility to hand out the napkins to me. Not happy... Read more

This is not about Tim Hortons in general, but about the staff at this location. In Oct 2nd at 4:36pm I placed and online order... before arriving to this location. After I arrived 5 minutes later with my car, I went inside and realized that nobody is at thecounter. I started calling for the staff by saying "Hello,,, Hello ..." to no avail. They could hear me from inside but nobodycame to answer me. Then a staff from Rabba heard me and came to help, and she started knocking on the counter to call the TimHortons staff but still nobody came out. I waited 5 more minutes and then a lady came out and I said I have been waiting for 5minutes for an order that I placed 10 minutes ago. She didn't even look at me or say anything while she made my medium coffee.And then she told me "Next time don't knock"!! That's it. I was so furious with her behaviour. I expected at least an apologyfor not responding to my call for long time while I waited for my order. Not even she never said sorry about anything, sherudely told me to not knock on the counter next time. In fact the other employee of Rabba store was the one who's knocked notme. I need a proper answer about this incident and if I don't get that I will follow up with the management. You guys need totrain your staff and teach them customer service! Anyone who can make a coffee doesn't deserve to represent Tim Hortons. Read more

The staff are awesome. There are only two reasons I don?t give a 5 star rating: 1. The only muffin I like is Fruit Explosion and... they stopped selling it (petty, yes, but this is my only outlet and now I?m over it haha) 2. It?s not large enough for the foottraffic so if you go before noon on a weekday, plan for at minimum 7 minutes in line, possibly even up to 15 I think was myworst when I was 22nd in line on arrival Read more

Went on June 24th to place an order. They did not bother to look after customers and people behind me are yelling for any staff... to come out and help us. This is called bad business when staff don't want to help customers. They lost money for not helping. Due to this I walked out and went to another place to buy food. Even staff at the hotel where I stayed said that Tim Hortonsdon't care about customers. They should understand customers do write reviews. Bad business for them. Read more
