Nice staff. The location is cute. Just a heads up at this location the staff have a policy against putting any breakfast related... items on a bagel. You should ask for a breakfast sandwich on a bagel, the reply is comical. Read more

Visited this Tim Hortons for a cup of coffee and a bagel. Excellent coffee, quick and excellent service. I suggest this Tim... Hortons located at 130 Harbour Street to everyone. Also, I met a crew member named Mr. Guri (apologies if I forgot your name, but I'll reverify and update it, if needed), it's a pleasure to see him preparing your coffee, he's so well trained and quick,he can literally prepare like 10 coffees in a minute. Has been a regular customer since the day this location opened. Their management team used to be very professional and nice. But... it declines day by day. Today the girl I suppose is the supervisor who gave me a black coffee instead of me ordered 1cream addedone. didn?t apologize for their mistake and think it is a funny thing they have done, laughed. Just gave me some cream and askme to add in. That?s all. Really awful. Update: after putting my cream and found out they put sugar in my coffee rather thancream?.. Read more

Ordered a donut and the famed iced cap, it was a little too sweet for my liking but it?s okay, good to try!

A real hidden gem offering a unique menu not available at normal locations. A lot of interesting offerings for drinks,... sandwiches and pastries. The drinks are the best I've had from any timmies - nitro cold brew holds its own to any high endcoffee shop and I really hope they roll them out to mass market. The roast beef sandwich available here is by far the besttimmies sandwich we tried. Unfortunately this location doesn't seem to get a ton of traffic and the pastries were quite staleby early afternoon. The flavor combinations sound delicious but best to get here early if you want to try them. Read more

Been here many times now and have enjoyed the experience, service and variety of items served at this location! I have tried the... matcha series (donut, croissant and latte). The matcha croissant I would say is the best croissant I?ve had at Tim?s with thematcha drizzle on top of a flaky croissant WITH the added filling of vanilla custard - that warmed up is just heavenly. Thematcha donut was good as well. I really liked the added toasted coconut on top. The matcha latte contained more milk thanmatcha, which was a little disappointing. But the other items I?ve tried like the Nitro Lemonade and the Creme brûlée donutare ones to note down!???? Read more

Awful. As an Asian, I was offended by the cashier lady at 4/18 10am in the morning because she pretended not understanding my... orders. At the end my White friend had to repeat every orders. It was my last day of Toronto trip, the first thing in themorning that I experienced. What a trip. Not to mention the breads were not tasty. Read more
