Update: they create problem on drive true alot, for 4 bagels i have waited 10 min extra reason is order is big Also they... create problem once on buying and paying timcard, they send me inside to get my order and buy timcard just letting you, theseguys can't handle that much customer they need more professional mans Once The lid was damaged when i was drinking i burn. Andthey didnt put the napkins and yesterday when we ordered bagels were not rights, as a result they need more professionalstaffs:/ Read more

Had an appointment this morning and decided to pick up some tims for breakfast. I ordered a XL orange pekoe decaf with 2 milk 1... sugar, everything bagel toasted with butter and cheddar and got the new pumpkin spice donut. When I got to my appointment Inoticed that my my tea tasted funny as if it was mixed with coffee and my donut order was wrong. After completing myappointment, I decided to go back to get my order right. The man that took my order upon drive thru did not seem to believe me,sounded irritated asking what time did i come, what was my full order, they dont even have pumpkin spice in which they do.Thankfully I have both transactions on my bank account and app incase they wanted to see it. It shouldn't be this difficult forsomeone paying their money while their employees are not doing their job correctly. If they were busy and they made a mistake,take responsibility, be irritated with them, not me, I'm paying. I can see why they have alot 1 reviews won't be coming backhere. I like the staff but there are a LOT of things that need improvement. They need to make sure the place is clean. There is a wasp... nest in the corner, the kitchen was a mess, the order took way too long to fill, the bathrooms are filthy. It goes along with mytheory that a filthy bathroom = filthy kitchen. This location really needs to focus on attention to detail and cleaning. Read more

Hit or miss with both customer service and food. My husband and I are regular customers here and there are some employees here... that know us and knows exactly what we want which we absolutely appreciate and some that don?t which is fine?. Except for theircustomer service :/ some staff members are SO RUDE. Even to the point where they give us boiled water as a double double ????.Some food given to us is stale and when we ask for them to switch it we get so much attitude. Like rotate your food and throwout the old ones that?s just sitting there. Read more

this Tim Hortons is the worst I've ever been to . They keep offering the same b/s excuse for curdled cream in coffee, stale... donuts, incorrect order, missing item . Today i ordered two coffees and received curded cream. I was looking forward to a nicecoffee for me and my wife , and I am so upset ! The supervisor i called at the Keel/Sheppard location gives same old lame excuseand blames "new staff" . I've heard that many times before from same location, which tells me they have employment turns ratio.This location stopped serving double chocolate donuts and maple dip. how absurd is that ? Why cant I get quality and truth fromthem ? my next call will be head office. Read more

This location is only 7 minutes walk from home but i?d rather buy a coffee in other locations. The WHOLE Crew member needs... proper food handling and customer service orientation! Their donuts is everywhere, its out of the tray but nobody care looksawful! Cashier didn?t give back my daughter?s $5 change! Read more

After the drivetest place me and my mother came to buy some donuts and coffee? Simple? Right well this place has some bad... workers my mother had a hard time understanding these workers and i did too. The food is good but the place needs more patientworkers. They focus too much on speed rather than customer requests. Some other customer also got his order wrong. I do not likewriting negitive reviews often but this place was not good at all. Read more

0 rating. Busy location, they dont have a chance to make your order right chili without bread that you asked and no tisue. This... location needs a proper supervisor. They focus on speed rather than making it right. Dirty place too. Read more
