Awesome place to be. Has a few great stores to shop at. Even Tim Horton's.
Highly recommend the apple fritter or Honey Cruller and the French Vanilla. It's nice sitting in front of the window and... enjoying the urban rhythm. It's very close to the tower, so parking on the street isn't really available. Black coffee is goodbut some of their pastries lack the taste or sweetness (like the "Maple Glazed Donut). Read more
Hockey Hall of Fame Special Edition Tim Hortons! Very nice Tim Hortons with lots of Hockey Hall of Fame Memorabilia on the inner... entrance of the Brookfield Place. Staff are very friendly and the bathrooms are very clean. It is open during the weekend aswell! There's seating outside as well to look over the Brookfield Place's water fountain as well. Read more
The floors were wet. There were about two workers working so the line was slow - they seemed in a rush for each order so they... forget to give somethings so you need to remind them to give them your full order. At some points there won?t be enough workersto make food and they don?t have a sign or anything, but will announce it if they notice the line goes out the entrance. Read more
The girl at the front near the mobile pickup area is the rudest I?ve seen. She rudely told me to wait if it is not on there it?s... coming. (I found my coffee but my sandwich was missing, so I asked her politely to check if my order is ready.) She was havingso much attitude to the point she couldn?t do her job. She made me wait a good period of time but only to find out my order wason the counter. She misplaced the label? when I pointed it out she rudely gave it to me. Great coffee shop. For those not familiar with Tim Hortons it?s similar to Dunkin? Donuts. This location has a few seats inside... and an outlet. The staff was average. My drink was great and the sandwich was delicious. I wish they would sweep the lobby andwipe the tables once per hour. It wasn?t busy when I arrived or while I was there but I never saw anyone step out from behindthe counter. Read more

I ordered a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese and for some reason they gave me a stale bagel with cream cheese and a lot of... butter. I don't know how you mess that up. Read more
