If there are a bunch of guys working and you need to be somewhere soon, just go spend your money elsewhere. They're either all... 16 year old ambition-less kids or just generally incompetent as people. If you walk in and find a bunch of girls working,you're likely to have a much more normal fast food experience. I find the crew of ladies to be faster, more efficient and farmore communicative than their male children counterparts. They are the only reason I even gave this restaurant 3 stars. Pleasedont allow the guys to work front of house anymore. They're PAINFULLY incompetent and infuriating to even look at as they wanderaround aimlessly with a line of customers EXTENDING OUT OF THE DOOR. Read more

To be honest, I was a little hesitant to write this review. But I'm glad I'm succeeding. With the... new decor and more staff, Tim Horton's has significantly improved the area. They still havea lot of work to do, but I appreciate that they manage to get things done. We're not perfect, and I understand that some individuals need their morning coffee in order to function, but no human has the right to yell at a worker who is doing their best. Service was okay. Tried to order a couple meals, but got met with some attitude.
WORST LOCATION EVER!!!!! I Can't believe I went back after the last experienced I had there. Don't order mobile order since... this location purposely doesn't update the quantities remaining. Twice no product and the answer sorry we cannot refund you butwe can offer something else. They had no hashbrowns at 10am so they offered us a donut. They gave us the wrong coffee order soimmediately we returned at the cashier informing her these coffees are black with sugar only.... she responded " I will changeit if you like" ....CAN'T SHE JUST READ THE ORDER SUBMITTED ONLINE...IT'S NOT BRAIN SURGERY SKILLS SET TO MAKE A COFFEE See thepic of the donut she gave us! The decor here is updated and modern, and the quality of beverage was above my expectations. Despite service being slower than... normal, I would recommend this location. It was clean, and the team members were welcoming and communicative about longer waittimes and what to expect. Read more
