This location is very subpar with regard to getting a sandwich. Ordered the BLT a couple of times and ether is only 2 or 3 super... slim, almost transparent, ready made bacon strips inside, so basically is like eating a bacon and lettuce sandwich for $8.00it's insane that they charge this for what you're getting - maybe try a different location or another sandwich. Also don't eventhink of ordering chilli, they rarely ever have it as they seem to always "run out". Got their iced hazelnut cold brew. Not too busy location and clean. I did not wait long for my drink. Nice friendly staff.
Our orders are seldom right with the wraps/sandwiches, coffee is never consistently good. Service is average, and often... short-staffed. We go for emergency coffee only as we live nearby. Read more
A standard Tim Hortons, with some caveats. Unfortunately, they don't offer the full variety of food selections such as... Chili. Their ice capp quality is not so good either compared to other locations. There is this one old lady that is extremelyfriendly. I would go as far as saying she's one of the nicest person I've met. Anyways, other than her, the staff is usuallypretty dry. Also, I tried mobile ordering here once (which actually goes through DoorDash). They accepted the order of a halfdozen donut (I chose the donuts of course), only to find out that they don't have most of the donuts I chose... I would've beenokay if they rejected the order b/c they do not have the selection, but they called me afterwards telling me the fact. Thecommunication was quite poor, and they ended up giving me random donuts that were left. They promised a refund for the donuts,but never got them. Plus the whole order took over an hour to arrive... All in all, not my favorite Tim Hortons place, but willgo here if I have no other choice. Edit: Debbie here is a rockstar. +1 star because of her. Always single staff to take care of all the orders. The staff seem to be tired. I placed mobile order and didn't wait until... the order is ready. Glad that I went in. I have to call the staff from kitchen and remind him the orders. I think its nottotally the staffs fault. They need atleast two. I had to tell him no of orders and then quantity. I just finished coming from this location. I ordered via my app. I confirm my order was prepared, when I arrived (the reason for... 2 stars) however, it was not in a bag. I requested a bag for my bagel and juice. I would assume that when a customer requestsfor a bag the employee would have common sense and decency to put said items in the bag instead of giving the bag to thecustomer, who then had to remove her gloves to open the bag and proceed to put the items in herself. I was not impressed. Iunderstand that we may have our bad days but this employees lack of customer service was terrible. And to to add on top of it, Ireceived Strawberry Jam and Plain Cream Cheese which is NOT strawberry cream cheese! Unbelievable. Read more
