Follow up review October?22, I felt uneasy seeing staff at sandwiches preparation station NOT wearing face masks, hummmmmm! I... am impressed with the staff. They are caring and courteous. Most of the other locations, they do not interact with theircustomers. The staff here acknowledged my presence immediately when I arrived this store. When I had issues ordering online withthe application, they are already ahead and suggested alternate solutions. I appreciate the services and attention. Kudos to thestaff and their leadership. This store has fast and friendly service even though it's always super busy with customers. Great store and nice atmosphere.
Their coffee is good. They are everywhere and 24 hours a day. I love you guys.
I go in every day to fill my thermos and get breakfast. If there were somewhere else nearby I would go there! This location has... not gotten my order right once! I do my best to be concise, clear voiced and polite; yet I have to return to the counter,interrupting the line. I order food and have to watch people after me get their food first. Sad excuse for inventory! They have nothing available majority of the time except coffee.
