Given its inside the hospital its a pretty decent location. There is no mobile ordering for some reason but you can redeem your... rewards. Got my order right and they were working to get everyone out the door pretty quick as fast as they could. Read more
Horrible. Never been to a Tim hortons that was this slow. And it's due to the staff. The one person working was fine. Very... efficient. But the other person moved as if they were doing their job for free. Ridiculously slow. If I moved that slow, Iwouldn't have a job. Read more
Omg. This is the slowest Tim?s. For some reason they have two lines and you never pick the right one!! Service sucks. Please... fix this Tim?s! One line and take the next person in line. Limited menu due to other vendors in hospital. Update: No Changeto service as of yesterday May 09/2019. They still insist on having two lines. Toss a coin see which line you take. Hope youpick the right one. Never received feedback from Tim?s on last review so have downgraded this location to a 1 star. FYI there isa Tim?s across the street. May be same owner but worth trying. The staff could not understand my request of ?coffee?, I said to this woman, ?one medium coffee?, she said something back which... was I guess were her version of english, I repeated my request of coffee and she said something in the effect of ?what type?. Ithought to myself this is not Starbucks it?s just Timmys, gave me a medium coffee. Finally her partner (I guess herinterpreter) said do you want something in your coffee? I said no just black coffee. I have no idea how these workers getanything done with such broken communication problems. Read more
The coffee is good as usual but the customer service at Tuesday 6 at 9pm is so rude... If pay in cash the girl had not the best... body language, and after launch the cashback at called the next customer inmediatly, 2 seconds after, over us... only forTim's coffee!
