Despite the fact that the staff is helpful, pleasant, and the prices are good; the store is a hang-out for deadbeats who smoke... in front of the outside door, who hang-out at the back, who harrass seniors and other regular customers as it is close to ScottMission. The Management cannot or does not supervise closely, and frequently we see the police called to remove dangerous, andthreatening customers. It is not a safe place or not always as clean as it can be, but that is not a reflection on theotherwise excellent staff. This morning I was harrased along with my wife by a regular deadbeat who smoked right by the frontdoor, yelled, and threatened us, and the single female employee was helpless to do anything. I recommend regular police visitsand a male staff member clear out the back room boys who monopolize the washroom and seem quite at home in the location. Read more
Came here twice, first time we got two iced coffees and it was fine, second time we came here one was waaaay too strong and the... other was waaaay too much cream. We ended up asking for a new one and then it was literally super watered down. Won?t be comingback to this location. Read more

This location is typically very busy when school is in person, so orders can take longer to prepare. Overall quality similar to... other locations... It's just a chain. In the past there have been homeless people loitering inside so security could be morestrict. Read more
I would give them 0 but I cannot. The worst customer experience in this coffee shop brands. The cashiers are very slow and today... one of the cashier (south Asian I guess, nothing racist, but the manager should know how the baristas work in the store) when Iasked you a double espresso he told me not today, because we do not have coffee beans. Meanwhile the others baristas werepreparing coffee. I think he did not want to prepare double espresso because it is not so expensive or he is lazy (as most ofthe baristas there). I worked in a busy coffee bar and if I worked like them I'd get fired. I do not recommend it and I willnever go there anymore. Read more
