I'm a regular customer as I live across the street. When the store isn't busy, the female staff are always yelling at other... staff... very loudly, regardless of the customers sitting upstairs who have to endure all the noise. For reference, I'mtypically at the store, upstairs at one of the tables, during mid/late afternoon and early evenings. Also, one staff member, atall Asian guy, goes upstairs after his shift and has loud phone conversations on speaker phone despite customers sittingnearby. What the hell? It's very clear that the franchise owner is always absentee, always missing in action. Because of thatthere's no reason for the staff to behave professionally, none at all. Finally, in the Cilantro Lime Chicken bowl, the rice isalways cold, while only the chicken is hot. The owner needs to train all the kitchen staff on quality control. I've been to manyTim's stores, but this is one of the worst on a consistent basis. The only reason I go there is the convenient location. Theowner of this store needs to receive training from the corporate head office, then must provide training to staff on a regular,ongoing basis. And, of course, the owner needs to be onsite daily to manage the staff. Read more
I cannot express the amount of love and decication this staff has. Whoever I interact with has been a pleasure to deal... with. Special shoutout to Kylie!! (I mean Marie). She goes above and beyond everytime I pick up my mobile orders. Read more
This Tim Hortons would have been so much better, if the staff could at least warn the customers that the upstairs area is about... to close. I bought a soup, a wrap and a coffee, 5 minutes later I am told that I have to leave? Very nice. From now on I'll begoing to another TH at Bay and Bloor. Read more

Ordered an Iced Capp using the mobile app. I went there to pick up my order and they told me they?re out of Iced Capp today. I... asked for a refund, yet they said they can?t make a refund and this is what they gave me instead. Read more
Nice and warm place, friendly and helpful staff. Not a lot of seating possible downstairs but they have a lot of seats upstairs.... Food and drinks comply to the Tim Hortons standard. Read more
High-speed service, and my coffee was ready before I was done ordering. There is an employee Rex he was a very polite and humble... guy, he spoke very nicely with me. He was very friendly with my cousin's little kids. Read more
