It ruined my day since i met a rude cashier lady on weekends!!!! I ordered online for breakfast meal, then i came to pick up,... the lady was yelling at me and said no more sandwiches. She didnt even ask me to switch to other foods, just walked away to theback and do some stuff. After 5mins of waiting, i tried to to made eye contact and asked her what should I do if they?re run outof sandwiches. She said only bagel and cream cheese. And i was asking to substitute with wrap, she replied me that i told u 100times we didnt have any sandwiches???? I asked to order hash brown instead, she said no more food at all. She told me to look attheir food station to see no more foods there. I couldn?t understand whats wrong with her, hows she so mad and gave me attitude.She shouldn?t work at the hospital with that bad attitude!!!! Read more

Coffee is okay but the lady who works the cashier, Shahanara, is really rude and curt. They didn't have basic orders available... and she was acting like I asked for something special. Read more

Can't wrap my head around how anyone can serve a burnt sandwich to a throat cancer patient....while inside a cancer treatment... center. Then proceeds to throw the sandwich on the counter. I don't like giving out bad reviews, but this is just simplyridiculous. Read more

This Tim Hortons sucks! On weekends I'm met with rudeness by one lady constantly. During the Weekdays and pretty much everyday... they have a whack pickup order system where everything is sprawled our on the counter and anyone can mistakenly pick up thewrong order. Every time I try to give the order number I'm met with sighs of inconvenience from staff. They tell me I don't haveto show my order number to them and that the order will be with the receipt at the counter but, on a busy day all the orders getmixed up. Today I took the wrong order because of their dumb system. This business is at a cancer hospital where people havevery hard days and the service needs to improve. Not all staff is bad. I definitely have met some lovely people but the systemneeds to be better and the weekend lady needs a better attitude. UPDATE April 3, 2021 at 10:38AM: The same rude lady beingrude as usual...I don't want her mistaken for the lady with piercing who was very nice. Tim Hortons please do something aboutthis rude lady...she works on Sundays and absolutely should not work in a cancer hospital! Do something about her! Read more

Changed menu and took away vegan option and the garden sandwich. Also in new menu they showed soy milk but said sorry we dont... have any. Where is the healthy food near hospital? Tim Hortons cups leave a mess all over entrance to Princess MargaretHospital. Who cares about health or the nrighbourhood. Not this franchise... Read more

Small location within hospital. Mostly for coffee goers but has a small selection of donuts and muffins. Service is not to bad... as they seem to be well staffed for times of day. Read more
