Ordered small French, the guy took my order throw the cup to other co worker for filling French vanilla from machine. I was... surprised how rude it is !!! This is a well known place it's all over the world and they have great coffee tea icecaps donuts muffins cookies cold drinks... breakfast lunch and dinner menu food is awesome staff at every location I've been to are very friendly kind very polite ready tohelp and are fast and efficient staff keep up the good work and I've been to over 50 timmies there restaurants are clean the???? washrooms are clean give them a try ull love it and u will keep going back and back and back and won't stop thanks BillMurray Read more
Horrible customer service and food is burnt no napkins
I walked into the location early, around 7am and already there was a lady giving the two employee's a hard time for something.... This lady kept one of the employee's off the floor for a good amount of time and I was starving. One guy doing cash, andserving! Yikes! However, dude was in full motion, and when it came time for me to receive the goodies, the lady relinquished,the female employee returned to the floor and be the two of of them got me out of there faster than expected. They need to close down the seating and make this a to go only location. Too much people with mental health issues keep on... coming here and bothering people sitting down for money and not leaving them alone. There needs to be a security guard in thislocation for both customers and employee safety. The workers here are nice and do a good job. Read more
Came to give special mention to employee working last night (Sunday July 31)?s overnight shift. A kind Indian/Bangladeshi... man. Never mind having to deal with endless unruly intoxicated customers into the late nights while working alone, he keeps asmile on his face. As I arrived there was a large line that he handled promptly, and a customer asking for a new coffee justbecause it hot cold. He did not give into any ridiculous requests like this at least for the 30 mins I was there. Providedexcellent service thereafter and though out of stock with a certain product, was able to scrounge enough from the back tofulfill my order (Timbits). Thanks and kudos. Promote him. Read more
Was busy but not in the right way. I've seen more drug transactions within the 15 minutes of being. Not to mention, it was the... most disgusting Tim Horton's I have EVER BEEN IN MY LIFE....If not being able to watch them prepare my coffee, I promise you Iwould NOT have taken it, clearly. One of the worst customer service I have seen from this Tim Hortons. I ordered Caremark iced cap, and they didn?t make the right... one for me even. When I went back for saying that they make wrong, one guy was making argument about it. So disappointing. Read more
