I love Tim Hortons but this specific location is not managed properly. Very slow with service on numerous occasions. Never... properly clean in general area and the photo attached is at 1:30pm lunch time and no product available ever even at other timesof day. Save your time & go to a different location or franchisee if you can go. There is a reason they have a very low ratingunfortunately. Read more

One of the staff today had her hair out and no hair net while preparing food. When the concern was brought to her she was very... rude and said it was not her problem. This is unsanitary. Read more

First visit, training new staff and overall slow service after having to repeat my simple order a few times. Probably why the... lineup outside the front entrance was so long. I needed to complete some papers too & they only had a counter to stand at, nositting inside is available. Second visit, SLOW service and crowed with no organization for lining up or where to get orders Read more

Last night I asked for medium size latte and it took 10 minutes to get ready! Two persons were working there were very slow and... apparently, they were looking for espresso coffee bean and she didn't even excuse for the late service! For sure I am not gonnoget coffee from this location anymore till they are working there. Read more

Awkward interaction here, was in the process of ordering it appeared someone that was in the restaurant prior entered the store.... The cashier didn't excuse herself from taking my order and started asking what Tim Bits he wanted as she packed them up. Sure Iget it he was likely in before me, after this she got up. Thinking she was going to come back to serve me... no I was wrong shewent to the back of the shop grabbed cups and started putting them away as a line was building. She came back to me a coupleminutes later and acted like she was taking my order already. As I waited for the drinks she continued putting cups away, Iwaited... my order was wrong. Read more

Update: Spoke to the original manager...really nice lady...even after days of what happened below and the pictures I showed her,... she apologized and was willing to offer me a free ice cap. I told her it was ok because I wasnt looking for a freebee. I justwanted it brought to higher person's attention. This manager has known me for quite a few years. She said she'd speak to thenewer manager. I knew they'd make it right. Thank you to that manager. :)) For that reason I will change my rating to 5 becauseshe made the effort. I know customers are not always right, but when they know customer is right, they fix it. I always go tothe Tim Hortons at Carlton and Jarvis Sts to order my usuals. Today I ordered a mocha icecap no whipped cream on top. You payjust over $4.00 for it. This is what I got once the liquid settled before drinking any of it. Since the liquid is swirled beforethey give it to you, it hasnt had time to settle. I told the manager that it looked pretty pitiful of a drink and whenever Iorder this drink its always at least up to the rim. She argued with me and insisted it was the right level. I'm a loyal customerwho lives across the street. This is what customer loyalty means to this location? Neighbours who have had issues with thislocation need to speak up and speak to the owners (who I know try to make it right). This is a new manager and I guess she'strying make herself look impressive. Read more

Update November 2021: Had the new steak & egg for breakfast. If you remember this is a Horton sandwich as in not your typical... steak sandwich then you'll be ok with the slivers of beef. I had mine on a tea biscuit bun instead of the English muffin whichmade it more substantial. Overall I found it bland but filling. Tried once but doubt I'll be coming back for this one. On abrighter note, some pretty incredible people work here and one Supervisor in particular knows her stuff. Sorry new staff, you're still learning so no comment there. October 2018: A notice on the front door and on the doughnut case have been addedstating they do in fact serve sandwiches. It seems this location has always been backwards in Business 101. More growing painsbut a step in the right direction. September 2018: Now open following extensive renovations offering a bright red kitchen/workstation. Unfortunately no washrooms were added and if you can believe it, there are less seating at the small counter by thewindow than before. Now down to three stools...down from five. They really don't want us there. New signage installed but twoare duplicates of coffee offerings with not a sandwich in sight. July 2018: Closed 4 weeks for long overdue renovations. Butunless they improve the quality of the food, it's still going to be a top 3 worse Timmies in Toronto. Stale English muffinsdoes not a business make. Feb/15/2018: They open at 6 AM, I went in at 7:15 AM and was told by the singular Staff member thatnothing was cooked for a breakfast sandwich, the machines were cold and beside, she didn't know how to operate them anyway. ButI could come back at 8 if I wanted. Just close the joint already. Jan/11&12/2018: Getting more and more frustrating to getyour daily dose of coffee at this location. Yesterday I was accosted by a beggar at the front door and today yet another INSIDEthe place going to everyone while the staff do nothing. The counter staff might be intimidated bu Read more
