Very inefficient. I had to wait 20 minutes just for them to telling me they do not have the slow cook chicken for the Slow... Cooked Chicken Habanero Loaded Wrap. And it was at 6pm, not crowded at all. And after I changed to crispy chicken, they gave mea crispy chicken bacon wrap? when I finally got the crispy chicken habonero loaded wrap. It had been 35 minutes. Horribleexperience, can?t be more horrible. The attitude of staffs were also just not caring that they made this mistake. This place is jammed packed every single morning and lunch hour, and for the amount of people that jam in here, the staff does a... fabulous job of serving everyone in a timely fashion with a smile on their face. They remember your name if you are a regularand are always polite and friendly. I am fan of Tim Hortons dark roast coffee and somehow it is always brewed properly at thislocation. I find that it is hit and miss when it comes to the coffee at other locations but always good, every single time,here. I work in the building and am there on the daily and will continue to come back. This is a large tim hortons that has sufficient seating as well. It's the one closest if you're in the yonge-wellesly area (far... bigger than the tiny one they have at yonge-wellesly corner) Although in the covid time, it doesn't really matter, I stillprefer to go here since it's usually not very crowded.
