Good coffee, as is expected of Tim Hortons, but this place is usually very chaotic, messy, and not particularly clean

I ordered the a breakfast sandwich 2 days in a row. First day I was told "we have no egg" after the fact, when she DID NOT tell... me. She said she did but did not. Second time apparently you have to explicitly ask for egg on a breakfast sandwich or they dontknow how they're made. I was then given an egg in a cup to put it on the sandwich myself. I am very dissatisfied with the Tim Hortons located at College and Yonge. The address is 444 Yonge Street College Park, Street... Level Street Level, Toronto, ON M5B 2H4. I purchased a tea latte back in August 2022 and they charged me for a regular espressolatte. I thought it was an error. However, I returned on Tuesday September 20th 2022 around 1:30 pm and wanted to purchase 3smile cookies. On the display at the cash, they charged me for 3 smile cookie pins ($6.00). I stated that I did not want the pinbut wanted the cookie, and that I knew it was only $1.00 They then told me that the price for the smile cookie and that despiteit coming up on the till as a pin, the cookie was $2.00 each. I spoke with the manager kindly, and they also told me thisinformation of it being $2.00. I informed her that it was NOT that price but she was arguing with me and telling me that I waswrong. I find it extremely suspicious that they are over-charging and I wonder their motives. I went today at 6 pm, and wascharged regular price and all the employees there were not the same as on Tuesday. This was my second time being overcharged- Idid not go through with the purchase but in August I did and thought it was a simple error. It makes me wonder how many otherpeople are getting mis-charged and if the extra money from these overcharges are going in the staff's pockets. I certainly willnot give business to this Tim Horton's again- and it is a shame because my office building is across the street and I enjoy TimHortons- however I do not enjoy feeling like I am being scammed. It's a very busy location, but anytime during the day you go to the upstairs locations even though they have 2 pots of steep tea... for sure you will be asked to wait 5 min to make a new one because there is nothing available, I did mentioned to the shiftsupervisor since it's the 3rd time this week . Please acknowledge, and respect people's time,but still the issue is notresolved. so I lineup for 9_11 min and wait 5 min for the tea??. Read more

I called to enquire about my order placed through the Tim Horton app. The lady who picked up the phone was so rude , and no... manners and doesn?t know how to talk to a customer. She even banged the phone at the end without me completing. I wouldntexpect this kind of customer service from such a huge brand. Where we go almost daily . 2 stars are only for the cashiers because there was a skinny lady with wearing glasses on the grill side who served our order... was very ill-mannered. She doesn't have basic manners how to speak with someone. We ordered our food and after that me and myfriend, I both start looking for a place to sit, after waiting for 10 minutes we got one seat and we both just went to put ourstuff on the table and she call out for our order. Calling by just two times I went there to pick my order up and guess?? whatwere her wordings??..I am calling about your order and you didn't answer you should pay attention. I told her I didn't hear youbcz I was putting my stuff on the table. Dude...if you cannot handle the pressure do not work in such a busy environment. I alsoworked for 2 years as a cook but never treat a customer like that. Even when I was just about to leave she was staring at me asif she will kill me. Great work by the team!! I am impressed how hard it is to handle this particular location with all homeless giving them hard... times. I noticed one came in asked everyone for coffee or money he was there for 15 minutes atleast , he left but the secondcame in immediately and did same. Today, one of them came and was smoking. She was warned that she?s cannot smoke inside but itwas hard to make her understand. Great job by the team !!! Read more

Cashier is nice, but the food itself is just fair. $1.6 for the muffin (choco chip) is pretty dry and hard in texture. Maybe... been put there for a long time?! Read more
