Just walked in 5 minutes before close on Wednesday April 27, 2022, craving a donut but knowing they probably didn't have many... left. All I really wanted was a boston cream, and I said, "Shoot, no boston cream". Whoever was working that night, despitebeing busy cleaning up and closing up the store, heard me and offered to make me 1 fresh boston cream, and she even put it in abox instead of a bag so the fresh icing wouldn't come off. update: attempted to give this place another shot and was treated so poorly again for absolutely no reason by the staff here was... called a liar by the staff for asking why when I was told my order would take 1 minute at 5 minutes later my order was stilljust being started which like there is no reason ever to call a customer whom is being polite a liar and is just asking aquestion the staff here desperately need to be retrained on how to work in customer service. Staff here will blatantly ignoreyou when in the mobile pick up section, and somehow manage to take 15 minutes to make two sausage breakfast sandwiches, thenhave the audacity to give attitude to people when they asked why they are being ignored/how much longer it may be.
