This Tim is a disaster . I came in Sunday at 1:00 . There is a long line waiting for order . I ordered Chicken Noodle Soup and... wait for 25 minutes. But when they called me , they say there is no Chicken noodle soup . I am pretty sure that there is no onebefore me ordered the same. When I placed the order the cashier should told me that it?s not available so that I can order sthelse or leave . I waist so much time there and until me they realize they should change the system with none chicken noodlesoup. Very bad service . Read more
I don't even want give one star This store kept me wait for half an hour for two simple drinks: iced black coffee and London... Fogs Those two only need around 3 minutes to prepare, one only need some ice while the another only need tea bags and somemilk DONT GO THIS PLACE HORRIBLE Read more
Worst Tim Hortons I ever got! Ordered a coffee and a Smiley cookie. I see the cookie pricing tag says a dollar but they charged... 1.35 and said 35 cents is the tax! Interesting to know that Ontario started a 35% tax only on a cookie! Plus the coffee was keptin the corner, I was never called and after waiting in the pickup area for half an hour I asked someone where my coffee and thenthey pointed out to pick it up from there. I understand that this place is widely run by students but guys when you are workingplease try to be punctual, trust me maybe you will sit on an executive chair someday but this habit will not make you anybetter. I ordered a caramel latte with oat milk and extra caramel syrup I usually like my order like that and they make it perfect. But... today around 2:53pm that short girl with black scarf made my order first she took ages and then i don?t know what extra meansfor her seems like she poured whole bottle of caramel syrup in my cup . I could not take another sip after the first one and shewas laughing while giving it on the top the lid was broken and she realized it but did not care . I wanted to visit Canada's most favorite spyware maker and chose this branch. Used the kiosk to make an order. I wanted a meal... (with sides and a drink), so I had to go through 3 steps. Selected a sandwich, sides and a drink. Then I got an error that theFIRST item was not available. Tried again, chose different sandwich, finished the order and the error occured - again, the FIRSTitem ??????? I realized it was just about harvesting the data. Ok but it keeps you waiting for the BELT this morning since it is not that busy the lady should have prepared my Bagel Egg... Lettuce Tomatoes after giving me my coffee but she served 4 more people behind me before giving my BELT. She needs the youngerlady needs more customer service training to prioritize the customers time because there is an older lady taking orders forcoffee which she does the coffee and bagel of the other guy before getting another order from the next in line! I think shorterwomen need more training. Read more
This place is perfect but lacks organisation. It was a long line waiting for a few minutes. But physical distance was really... bad. They should find a workable solution to organise this branch. Read more
This Tim Horton?s is the absolute worst. So so so slow. Everyone who works there is beyond incompetent.
