Spend more time in the lineup than anything. They were so proud to open a second line but only have one cashier.... Brilliant! Also expect harassment from the homeless that make up most of the people inside the store. Being by u of t this is aREAL safe place. Just don't use the bathroom or go around the corner as the vagrants shoot up nearby. Read more

Update: I've been visiting this location on a weekly basis for over a year now, and the Sunday morning crew, especially, is... excellent. .... This morning I popped into this store for my Sunday visit. The manager (I'm guessing) offered me a cappuccinoto try. I politely declined, but, since I was back in the area a few minutes ago, I decided to give that cappuccino a try. Goodstuff! Great staff at this location, by the way. Polite, pleasant, and professional. (As I'm prone to say at times like this: Iwork in management, and appreciate it when I get the real deal.) Read more

Convenient location by Bloor and Spadina, always busy during open hours. Service is hit or miss because of how busy it is. Food... is basic, Tim Hortons - nothing special but some things are must try. Everything bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese,12grain with butter, coffee is good Read more

It will take you a long time to master the exact pace and clarity you need to use as you place your order at this location. Very... easy to go too fast and they just ignore half of it or go too slow and they - out of survival - cut half of it out. Due tobudget cuts (I imagine)Tim Horton's may also require you to train your cashier on the inner workings of how the menu works on agiven day- "combos" and the way they are made up of more than one menu item seems to be a particular sore spot. To be fair -this may also be because the location is not big enough to handle the 487 construction crews in the area on top of normalbusiness + mobile orders. About the size of a small Tim's in a train station but looking to service the second largestintersection in the Annex, you will be waiting on the sidewalk in line regardless of when you go. Only active combat training oryears of experience in logistics can prepare you to navigate their two-line system and identify who is standing in line, who isstanding waiting for an order, who is swinging in like a wrecking ball because they have a mobile pick-up and don't realize theystill need to wait in line for it, or who is from UofT or one of the local high schools and is just standing around for noreason. When you can spare 45+ minutes for a timmies run and by some miracle find a way to utilize some combination of a crisiscommunications, trauma psychology, and/or a human recourses degree to have your order communicated properly then you'll find thefood and coffee is pretty good. All my past and recent experiences at this location had have been always terrible. Customer service is the worst. Staff is... usually cold or even angry. I hope a good manager could come to this store and fix it. International students should be gladthey have a job in the country and do their best. Is a shame how they treat people and serve food in this Tim Hortons.Personally i will never come back. Read more

The girl who served me was colder than a fridge. She even didn't look at me while taking my order. Then when I received it, it... wasn't what I asked. It's a tim hortons, the food is the same as all of tim hortons, but service is not good. And of course theydidn't do anything about it. Also they do not have vegetarian option in this location. Bought a plain bagel with cream cheese, there were only 3 staff so I figured it would take a little bit longer, but it wasn't a... big deal. My main issue is that they forgot to make my order, and when a lady asked me what I was waiting for, I told her. Shechecked with the other staff (including the one who took my order) and they decided that I had in fact NOT paid for anything yet(despite only having waited for approx 8 mins so I don't know how they forgot). She told me to buy something else. What, so theycan forget and I waste more money? I just walked out. Read more
