I was in the area and needed to use the washroom and when I walked in, I saw a rat the size of my shoe scream and immediately... shut the door. Nothing bad to say about the workers as they all seemed kind and very hard workers. I’m very disappointed inthe sanitation of this Tim Hortons as it’s also the closest one to my house which I will no longer be visiting due to thisexperience. Read more

The worst Tim Hortons ever! The mocha we ordered was extremely watery. Upon telling the baristas, they said that’s how it’s... made and we can’t change it. They were really rude and not at all accommodative. Worst Tim Hortons experience EVER! Read more

The worst experience I've ever had in any fast food chain. A friend and I went in for a quick bite and to try these new chicken... bowls we had seen advertised. Firstly the employee who was taking our order was less than thrilled to be working there...theattitude says it all. After ordering our meals...my bowl came quite quickly but 5 min later we were still waiting on my friends.When the employee over heard us ask "where was the other bowl" she answered and told(with great confidence).. there wasn'tone... that we had ordered a wrap!?. "No" I said we ordered two bowls...where once again we were told by another employee we hadordered a bowl and a wrap. Well... I answered are you calling us stupid...that we don't know what we ordered...plus are youcalling us liars? I'd like to see the "Tim Hortons Training Manual" where it says it's okay to call customers stupidliars...just saying!? Read more

This doesn't reflect the staff in any way but this store is one of the worst I've been for speed at which you get served. They... only have one cash open most of the time and the online orders and pick up take precedence over the long line ups that happenconsistently. They don't have enough staff for this location, the owner and management should be paying more attention toserving customers in a more effective way. Maybe it's time to cut back on the large menu to speed things up. Read more

This place is a health hazard. Not only did they take 15 minutes to fulfill my order which was a grilled cheese, they also have... no regard for food safety and sanitation of their workspace. I literally witnessed the person making my sandwich put on gloves,then grab their phone which was visibly filthy, then touch the touch pad to scroll through the orders... Please look at thephoto attached of the condition of the touch pad ???? When I brought it up to the manager, her response was: "how else do youwant us to scroll through the orders?" By making sure your surfaces and work areas are clean would be the answer.... She flatout ignored me and did nothing about it.... This is unacceptable for a place where they serve food. Its simply disgusting andunsafe. Shame on the people managing this place so poorly and without any regard to costumer health and safety. Read more
