I would not order sandwiches or bagels at this location. I ordered a ham and cheddar sandwich they put ranch sauce in it instead... mustard even though I doubled checked before ordering! They also don't wipe their knife after cutting sandwiches then use it tocut bagels. Maybe they don't care about food contamination?I found lettuce and sauce in a bagel with cream cheese. Also it takesforever to get mobile order. I usually wait 10 to 15 minutes to get my mobile order. Sometimes they totally forget about mobileorders and don't care how long customers wait standing in the front. Staff seem nice but they don't do their job. Read more

Upon observing this young lady during the week of Sept 30, 2022, Aliyah is punctual, her hand and feet coordination is amazing.... She served the customers with excellent diligence and professionalism and I believe she should be seriously considered formanager position. This place matters because of her. Read more
I got a bagel with cream cheese that hardly had any cream cheese at all and then the staff will not either put more or return my... refund had to argue to have my money returned certainly becoming a ripoff and the size of their pastry and absolutely no toppingon your bagel with any cream cheese other than a light spread of cream cheese could not even tell that they put any creamcheese on it stay away not recommend Tim Hortons anymore Read more
Terrible, terrible, terrible! There quick to take peoples order and reduce the line up BUT your waiting for your order FOREVER.... It needs better flow. The mobile order, Uber order and in person order pick up is ALL a mess altogether. I stood for exactly 8mins to get my plain toasted bagel with butter and my bagel was cold. This has to be one of the WORST run Tim Hortons on Toronto. The staff can't seem to work together to get orders out or correct... half the time. The cashier will tell you to wait on the left and the order will come out of the right, you say less ice, you getextra ice. It's a mess. They need some serious management changes to get some order in place. Either the owner doesn't know orjust doesn't care but it needs WORK to work properly. Most times I've gone here, my order is wrong. What upset me the most was when I order a bagel toasted with cream cheese and... there's literally no cream cheese, I shouldn't be charged for cream cheese. And this has happened multiple times. Aside fromorders being messed up often and having no cream cheese, when I order food, any food, it takes about 5 minutes until I see myorder starting to be made. Food is great but I find the staff there are more busy serving on take out orders and us customers waiting in line are not a... priority and sometimes people are lined up outside waiting. Read more
